- Southeast Louisiana Veterans Healthcare System, New Orleans LA Solicitation #VA-256-11-RP-0235 Upgrade Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Controls in G&H Quadrant Repair and upgrade the Chilled Water Riser Flow Metering System. Design and install a system to provide real time makeup water data from the Entergy Thermal plant to the BAS. Design and install a redundant chilled water booster pump system for the G & H buildings. Develop a plan to replace the existing 30 HP electric boiler located in 1G Mechanical room with a natural gas fired boiler, design the plans and specifications for the replacement, supply and install the new boiler. This solicitation is being canceled in its entirety.
