- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial software prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) SP4707-11-Q-0029. This RFQ is for the APC UPS Equipment on a brand name basis. Brand name requirement since equipment requested are replacement parts in a current network. Equipment in system is APC and replacement equipment needs to be APC. Ship to location is listed below.
