- This requirement is for a firm-fixed price requirements contract for an Asymmetry Control Test Set. This product is a portable test set enabling organizational level functional testing of the C-5 aircraft flaps and slats asymmetry detector. It meets environmental demands associated with flight line operations. NSN: 6625008188899KU, Part Number 4S90695-101A. The approximate dimensions are 19.6"L x 13.5"W x 10.6"H. Weight is 26lbs. The basic requirement is for a quantity of 2 EA. This will also contains 2 annual options. Option I: 1-3EA, Option II: 1-2EA. Options may be exercised for United States Air Force requirements only. A Calibration Certificate shall accompany this item, and Technical Manual Contract Requirements (TMCR) will be required. This requirement is sole or limited source to: Lockheed Martin 210 Industrial Park Road - Suite 120 Johnstown, PA 15904 Cage: 98897 Only one or limited number of responsible sources due to lack of technical data to provide Offerors. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Solicitation is expected to be issued approximately 28 Feb 2011 with response due 28 Mar 2011. Delivery is required 210 days ARO to various locations. The RFP will NOT be posted at www.fedbizopps.gov.
