- AAC/PKO, Eglin AFB, Florida intends to solicit and award a firm-fixed price contract for Equipment/Tools as listed below. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 and Subpart 13.5, As supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The announcement number is F1T2AH1024A001. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 333991 with a size standard of 500 employees. Please identify your business size in your response based upon this standard. The requirement consists of the following items: CLIN 0001: Shop Equipment/Tools Item Brief Description Unisaw 10" shop stationary unisaw, 5 HP, 220V, single phase, left tilt with 52 inch fence. Planer 24" shop stationary planer, 7-1/2 HP, 220/440V, 3 phase. Arm Saw Shop stationary radial arm saw, 7 HP, 3 phase, 230/460V, 27-1/2" cross cut and 35-3/8" rip capacity. Jointer 8" shop stationary precision jointer, 1.5 HP, 120/240V, single phase, 3-knife 5500 RPM for precise flattening/squaring. Finisher 6" belt/12" disc shop stationary finishing machine, 1-1/2 HP, 240V, single phase, 4-1/2" arbor pulley. Drill Press 15" shop stationary drill press, 6 speeds, 3/4 HP, 230V, 3 phase, 1/8 inch stops. Grinder 8" variable speed shop grinder, 5 amp, 115V, single phase, tool-less quick change. Shear Hydraulic 10 gauge x 52" shop stationary shear, 5 HP, 220V, single phase. Wood Bandsaw 20" shop stationary wood bandsaw with quick tension, 5 HP, 230V, single phase. Metal Bandsaw 20" vertical shop stationary metal-cutting bandsaw, 2 HP, 220V, 3 phase; includes: station to join blade ends, cut-off blade, electric welder with clamp, annealer and grinder, variable cutting speeds with digital read-out, lower wheel cleaning brush and work light. Drum Sander 37" shop stationary drum sander, two drum, 5 HP, 3 phase, 220V. Sheet Metal Brake 6' length 12 gauge shop stationary manual box & pan brake, 0-135 bending angle. Welder Industrial TIG welder, 230V, 50/60 Hz, syncro start, accommodates low-end output for intricate applications, square wave output with AC balance control, large dual digital meters, built-in preflow/postflow; built-in cable hangers on sides, built-in consumable storage area, TIGRUNNER 3X package (machine only).
