- Solicitation number is SPM4A6-11-R-1253, IQC11035009044, Stock Number, 2835-01-180-8891, Duct, Exhaust, Aircraft. Unit of Issue is each. Solicitation is 100% Small Business Set-Aside, Surge and Sustainment not applicable. NSN is not commercial and not a Critical Safety Item. Drawings, Export Control, and Critical Item applies. The solicitation will result in Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for one (1) base year plus four (4) option years. Maximum Annual Contract Quantity is 216 each. The Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) for the base year and four (4) option years is 108. The guaranteed minimum delivery order quantity for the base year and each option year is 27 each. The maximum delivery order quantity for the base year and each option year is 108 each. FOB is Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin for all stock locations within the Continental United States (CONUS). Requested delivery is 132 days ARO. Automated Best Value System applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon Price, Past Performance, and other Evaluation factors as described in the solicitation Anticipated issue date is February 25, 2011 with a closing date of March 25, 2011.
