- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: 1) N7509A Waveform Generation Toolbox, Qty 2. This requirement is sole sourced to Agilent Technologies, PO BOX 4026, Englewood, CO 80155-4026. This item is specially designed and only provided by the manufacturer to support equipment that only they manufacture. Any firms believing that they can provide the Waveform Generation Toolbox may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than the date posted on this notice. It must clearly show the firm ™s ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the Waveform Generator without causing programmatic hardship.
