- Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition Acquisition for Assessment of Electrical Distribution System in Support of Space Launch Complex The 30th Contracting Squadron, Vandenberg AFB, CA awarded a sole source procurement to Pacific Gas and Electric Company to perform the following: CLIN 0001 Substation K inspection and assessment. The applicable NAICS for this acquisition was 221121.
