Description

Pre-Solicitation VA-259-11-RQ-0020 Maintenance Agreement for Power Scribe Voice Recognition System by Nuance The VA Montana Healthcare System, Fort Harrison, Montana has a requirement for a maintenance service agreement for a Power Scribe voice recognition system manufactured by Nuance. Requirement is for 24 x 7 remote coverage with 8 x 5 On-site coverage ( 8AM - 5PM, Mon-Fri) for installation of Updates and support for equipment repair. Remote coverage to consist of dial-in, internet, telephone, email, web and or fax support. Provide emergency remote support for all operational failures which prevent the continuation of day-to-day business operations. The request for quote will be issued as unrestricted to all socio-economic categories. The base period of performance is anticipated to be March 2, 2011 to March 1, 2012 with possible extensions of four one year options. The request for quote is anticipated to be available on or about February 15, 2011. Submit quotes via email to Glenn.Breitling@va.gov. Receipt of quotes will be accepted until close of business on or about February 22, 2011. All prospective offerors must apply for and receive a Dun and Bradstreet Number at www.dnb.com, have a current registration in the U.S. Federal Government Central Contractor Registration database, CCR at www.ccr.gov; and if a Veteran also registered in the VA's Veteran Owned Small Business database at www.vetbiz.gov. The North American Industry Classification System Code for this request for quote is 811213. The successful offeror must have a current online certification and registration in the Online Registration and Certifications at https://orca.bpn.gov.
