- Please note, in section 2.14 of the RFP, the number of copies, 5, has been corrected to match the rest of the document. It now reads in full: "The original and each copy of the proposal must be sealed to ensure confidentiality of the information. The proposals should be individually wrapped and sealed, and labeled for content including "original" or "copy number x"; the original and five (5) copies should be collectively wrapped and sealed, and clearly labeled. Neither USTDA nor the Grantee will be responsible for premature opening of proposals not properly wrapped, sealed and labeled."
