- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This is a Request For Quote (RFQ) and the solicitation number is W90BRJ-11-T-0028. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-26 effective 12 June 2008. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 3577, Computer Peripheral Equipment, NEC. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: CLIN 0001 Wizard Computerized Matt Cutter 9000 Qty of 1 Manufacturer: Wizard, Int.
