- The Department of Veterans Affairs Healthcare Network Upstate NY at Buffalo, NY Medical Center has a requirement for full service maintenance and repair of Medical Center elevators and dumbwaiters. Contract will be awarded for base year and four (4) option years. This is a 100% set aside for Small Business. NAICS 811310, with a small business size standard of $7.0 Million. Solicitations available on/or about February 11th, 2011. Contractor must be able to demonstrate that they are able to respond to emergency repairs within one (1) hour. Opening of bids will be on February 28th, 2011. All questions must be submitted electronically to Allen.Johnson2@VA.GOV, oral requests for information will not be accepted.
