- Request for Quote for Touch Table This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR 13.5, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is being issued as a 100% small business set-aside. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-49 and DFARS Change Notice 20110202. North American Industry Classification Code 334119 and size standard 1000 employees apply to this procurement. Soliciation number 11TC206 is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ). Quotes shall be submitted via email (oral quotes will not be accepted). REQUIREMENTS: The Air Force needs a TouchTable System (see attached detailed description via the RFQ). QUOTE REQUIREMENTS: Quotes shall include delivery date, discount terms, DUNS, tax indentification number, and CAGE code. Quotes must contain product specifications addressing characteristics such as quality/durability, materials each item is made of, size, etc. FOB: For delivery to Bldg 5275, Lackland AFB, Texas 78236-5253. The government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced, technically acceptable, responsible offeror. To be eligible to receive an award resulting from this RFQ, contractors must have current registration in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov and Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) database at http://orca.bpn.gov. NO EXCEPTIONS. The following clauses and provisions apply to this solicitation. FAR 52.232-18, Availability of Funds. FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -Commerical Items; FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representation and Certifications - Commerical Items. Offerors are required to complete and update their representations and certifications online at http://www.bpn.gov and include completed copy of this provision with their quote. FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, Addendum to paragraph (c) Changes. Changes in the terms and conditions of this contract may be made only by written agreement of the parties with the exception of administrative changes, such as changes in the paying office, appropriations data, etc. which may be changed unilaterally by the government.
