- Description
- The Federal Bureauof Prisons, FCI Tallahassee, FL intends to issue solicitation RFQP03141100009, for the requirements of QUARTERLY SUBSISTENCE - MEAT & FROZEN ITEMS. This solicitation is setaside for 100% Small Business, FOB Destination, delivery dates will begin April 01, 2011 through June 30, 2011. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Institution, 501 Capital Circle, NE, Tallahassee, FL 32301. The contract type is firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single or mutiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are considered to be the best value to the Government. The solicitation will be made available on or about February 17, 2011, and will be posted to the General Services Administrations, Federal Business Opportunities website: http://www.fbo.gov. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to insure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is MARCH 11, 2011. Payments will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Each offeror is required per 52.212-3 to complete their representations and certifications via On-line Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov.
