- The purpose of this amendment is to cancel the individual synopses for Audit Services for Argentina (BPD-IAF-11-R-0003), and Audit Services for Paraguay (BPD-IAF-11-R-0002). There will be a new synopsis issued within the next few weeks, combining the countries of Argentina, Chile, Paraguay and Uruguay; a single solicitation for the four countries will be forthcoming.
