Description

POTENTIAL QUOTERS ARE RESPONSIBLE TO DOWN LOAD THE SOLICITATION DOCUMENT IN ITS' ENTIRETY, AND ARE REQUIRED TO FOLLOW THE QUOTE SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS. Request for Quote (RFQ) Solicitation Document No. RMH00110025 is issued for the purchase and delivery of Round Up Pro Concentrate - Monsanto Herbicide Chemical, beginning 03-01-2011 through 02-28-2012, as follows: a. MANDATORY PACKAGING: Only C-paks containers will acepted.b. Ten (10) C-paks (120 gallons total) will be delivered every 3 months. c. Vendor MUST HAVE an enforced "No Texting While Driving" company policy.e. The balance willl be delivered with the last 3 month delivery.f. FOB Destination Shipping/Delivery will be made to the Poston BIA yard 21051-3 E. Poston Rd., Poston, AZ 85371.g. All empty containers remain the responsibility of the vendor to remove and dispose of as requested by the Irrigation Project.
