Description

REPAIR: This acquisition is to add four repair NSNs/PNs to an existing IDIQ contract (Contract F09603-02-D-0101) for calendar year 2011, 2012 and 2013. The items are applicable to the LANTIRN AN/AAQ-13 SRU. The repair items are: (1) 5985-01-419-9386, Noun: rotary coupler, P/N: 2901473-1 & -2, Quantity: Best Estimated Quantity (BEQ) of 4 for 2011, BEQ of 4 for 2012 and BEQ of 2 for 2013; (2) NSN: 5985-01-256-6544, Noun: antenna polarizer, P/N: 2901491-4, Quantity: BEQ of 3 for 2011, BEQ of 3 for 2012 and BEQ of 1 for 2013; (3) NSN: 5955-01-288-2254, RF Exciter, P/N: 2956797-1, Quantity: BEQ of 21 for 2011, BEQ of 8 for 2012 and BEQ of 4 for 2013; (4) NSN: 1270-01-259-5695, mixer preamp, P/N: 2901884-1, Quantity: BEQ of 9 for 2011, BEQ of 7 each for 2012 and BEQ of 4 each for 2013. The proposed contract action is sole cource to Raytheon Company, cage code 37695, under statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Government does not currently own the technical data. The approximate solicitation issue date is 25 FEB 11.
