- Synopsis: Dated: 8 February, 2011 NOTICE OF INTENT TO USE OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION IN THE AREA OF WYANDOTTE, KANSAS. AMOUNT: Approximately 3,890 NUSF yielding 4,000 NUSF office area square feet of primary care clinic and related space, located in existing space. LOCATION: The Government currently occupies 3,888 NUSF Office Area square feet located at Bethany Medical Center 21 North. 12th Street Suite 110 Kansas City, Kansas under a lease that is soon to expire. The Department of Veterans Affairs plans to negotiate a succeeding lease at this location based on economic, mission, and other factors. The Government will relocate only if consideration of economic and other factors are supported advantageous, including relocation and tenant improvement costs. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and required tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Space must be ready for occupancy NO LATER THAN April 1, 2010. TERM: Lease term will be for ten years with the Government having termination rights after three years by giving 180 days written notice to the lessor at anytime on or after the third year.
