- The purpose of this modifciation is to extend the delivery date to 02/15/2011 and to clarify submission requirements. Quote submission without specific minimum content or not specified format will be deemed unacceptable and offer will be rejected. Each offeror responding to this solicitation must submit to the Government its offer consisting of the documentation listed in instructions to offerors in the clauses section of solicitation. Such documentation shall be submitted with the offer and shall conform in every respect with the requirements of the RFQ. Nonconforming offers may result in rejection of the offer. *No quotes will be accepted through IDEAS-PD.____________________________________________________________________________________________ To access solicitation and all clauses and attachements please follow steps below: Step 1: Please go to www.fbo.gov and type in solicitation number. Step 2: When solicitation synopsis comes up, click on it. Step 3: Once in solicitation synopsis please read notice details in it's entirety and if you stroll down to the bottom you will see hyperlink tabs that says solicitation. Step 4: Click on link, once in there it will bring you to our NBC website. Step 5: Print solicitation SF 1449, click where it says "To print/view the standard form, use our printer friendly page", this will be listed at top and bottom on page. Step 6: At the top left-hand corner you will see a little blue box that says clauses and attachments, click on it. Step 7: In this area, if you stroll down you will find all clauses and attachments that you need.
