- The purpose for this amendment is to extend the due dates for Phase I Requirements. Questions are due on Monday, February 14, 2011 by 8:00 a.m. MST. All questions must be sent to william_paterson@blm.gov. There will be no exceptions. Responses to questions will be posted as an amendment by COB Tuesday, February 15, 2011. Phase I Proposals are due on Monday, February 21, 2011 by 3:00 p.m. MST. Phase I Proposals will be mailed to the same address as stated in the RFP. In addition, an email address will be announced as an amendment and will be posted by Thursday, February 10, 2011. The posted email address will be available for vendors to submit their Phase I Proposals electronically. Details will accompany the mentioned amendment. Note, an updated Phase I Specification Spreadsheet will be made available on Wednesday February 9, 2011. The updated spreadsheet will replace the minimum specification spreadsheet currently posted. The spreadsheet will be posted as an amendment. Details will accompany the mentioned amendment.
