- The purpose for this amendment is to: 1. Incorporate the updated minimum specification spreadsheet and associated instructions to the solicitation. 2. Notify vendors that Phase I Proposals shall be delivered as followed: Mail one (1) hard copy to address shown in the RFP. Vendors may also email a copy of their Phase I Proposal on a CD disk along with the original hard copy. Send one (1) copy of the Phase I Proposal electronically to:william_paterson@blm.gov Phase I Proposals are due on Monday, February 21, 2011 by 3:00 p.m. MST.
