- Pr Number: IQC10193009034 Various FSCs 5305, 5305, 5306, 5307, 5310, 5315, 5320, & 5325 Nomenclature: Roll Royce Approved Source Items RFP Due Date: March 21, 2011 Quantity: This is an Indefinite Quantity (IQC) Solicitation under Commercial Test Program Procedures. This procurement is for a two year base. The solicitation contains an option to extend the terms of the contract for three additional one-year periods. This procurement is for 40 Core Items and 224 may be added on a post award basis via Add/Delete Clause. The first NSN is 5310-00-058-6428. This acquisition is being solicited as unrestricted. This solicitation requests offers on a stock basis only. This procurement also contains a guaranteed minimum. Delivery is as follows: 230 days. This solicitation contains Surge and Sustainment (S&S) requirements. Surge Pricing is included in the solicitation. The offeror must provide a detailed approach for covering S&S requirements in the Capability Assessment Plan (CAP) and, if required, a Validation/Test Plan. Note: This is a new requirement. Solicitation Clause 52.217-9007 will contain complete details. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Anticipated award date: April 11, 2011 Offers will be evaluated on the basis of past performance being more important than price.
