- This is a notice of the Government's intent to solicit, negotiate and award a contract for a firm-fixed-price hospital room service consultant contract to provide non-personal services to successfully implement and/or evaluate room service for hospital nutrition services. This solicitation will be open only for small business competition. This notice is a requirement for the National Naval Medical Center (NNMC - as of September 2011 referred to as Walter Reed National Military Medical Center at Bethesda (WRNMMC)), Bethesda, MD, the Fort Belvoir Community Hospital (FBCH), Fort Belvoir, VA, and the Walter Reed Army Medical Center, 6900 Georgia Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20307 and the National Capital Region, solicitation number W91YTZ-11-R-0018.
