PRON: D10H3997D1, NSN: 5995-01-421-5951, PN: 11557880, Quantity: 13 each applicable to the Patriot Weapon System. F.O.B. Destination with delivery to Redstone Arsenal, AL. Required delivery for Government Quality Verification is 13 each 90 Days after Contract Award (DACA). This is 100% Small Business Set-Aside with competition from FPI. Offers are not solicited from other than small business concerns. The Government has the rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
