The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Western Logistics Service Area, intends to solicit and award a firm-fixed price janitorial and landscaping service contract for the FAA Air Route Traffic Control Center (ARTCC) in Auburn, Washington. The award will have a base contract period of April 1, 2011 through September 30, 2011, with four one-year option periods. SET A-SIDE: This Acquisition is 100% Set-Aside for Small Economically Disadvantaged Businesses (SEDB) - Certified SBA 8(a) Program NAICS Code: 561720, Janitorial Services. The Small Business Administration Size Standard for this NAICS Code is $16.5 Million. SITE VISIT OPTIONAL: (a) A one-time offered OPTIONAL: site visit has been scheduled for this project on Thursday, February 17, 2011 at 9:00 AM (Pacific Standard Time). Must bring valid ID. Contractors who would like to attend the site visit must submit an email to Chad Painter by 12:00 PM (Pacific Standard Time) on February 15, 2011.
