Description
Solicitation synopsis SPRWA1-11-R-31339 This is an action to establish a three- year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity firm fixed price contract to acquire starter drive assembly for the PWA F100-PW military aircraft engines. Item description is as follows: Length: 20.0 inches Width: 10.0 inches Height: 14.0 inches Weight: 91lbs Material: Aluminum and electronic components Function: Electric Motor The quantities are as follows: Year 1 Ordering Period: 1-6 ea Year 2 Ordering Period: 1 - 3 ea Year 3 Ordering Period: 1 - 3 ea Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation at www.fedbizopps.gov only. NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL BE HONORED and no hard copies will be mailed out. This acquisition is sole source to ATEC, Inc (CAGE: 09552) IAW FAR 6.302-1 Only One or a Limited Number of Responsible Sources, and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation. IAW FAR 5.207(c)(12) NOTE 22 applies: The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within forty-five days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
