- Justification and Approval Document The Government intends to award a sole source contract to The Guardian Services Group Ltd. for procurement of management/operations services for the Air Force Departmental Publications Center warehouse in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii). Only one responsible source and no other services will satisfy agency requirements as this is only a three month award. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. The acquisition of this service contract is necessary for the Air Force Departmental Publications Office to satisfy mission accomplishment. The procurement of this service must be completed in a timely manner in order to meet mission requirements. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561210 and the Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 8744. The small business size standard is $35,500,000.00.
