- Response Date: April 7, 2011@2:00pm Eastern - The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) wishes to procure the services of a firm for the construction of two new two-story 136-bed dormitories, (55,000 GSF), demolish building 8 (bakery) prior to construction and demolish building 6 after construction (total demolition — 57,000 GSF) at the Clearfield Job Corps Center in Clearfield, Utah. This firm must qualify under the Historically Underutilized Business Zones (HUBZone) Small Business Programs as indicated in Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 19. THE EXTENT OF THE WORK WILL BE DESCRIBED IN THE SOLICITATION WHEN IT IS POSTED ON February 24, 2011. NO OTHER INFORMATION WILL BE AVAILABLE BEFORE THE SOLICITATION IS POSTED. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220 for Commercial and Institutional Building Construction and the Small Business Size Standard is $33.5 million.
