- Relocation of Tornado Warning System at Fort Knox, KY to be provided no later than 1 April 2011. The contractor shall provide the equipment and expertise required to relocate the existing system. This solicitation is unrestricted. NAICS 423430 (Size Standard: 100) applies to this procurement. The government intends to award a firm fixed price contract from date of award. All responsible business sources may submit an offer. The solicitation will be posted to the Army Single Face to Industry Acquisition Business Web Site at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ and the Mission and Installation Contracting Command Center - Fort Knox homepage at http://doc.knox.army.mil on or about 10 February 2011 with offers due on or about 23 Feb 2011. These dates are subject to change. All amendments to the solicitation will be likewise posted on this website. Contractors are cautioned to check the website periodically for amendments. Solicitation mailing list will not be compiled and amendments will not be sent out in paper copy. All contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be eligible for award of a contract. Faxed offers and amendments will not be accepted. All questions must be submitted in writing to the Contract Specialist and may be faxed to Directorate of Contracting, Attn: MAJ Bruce A.
