- CASE, ELECTRICAL COMMUNICATION. PR No: 0028623356 NSN 5895-01-586-5648 SPM4A6-11-R-1245. This synopsis is for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. The solicitation is for a firm fixed price, definite quantity contract. D estination inspection required. Quantity variance is plus or minus 0%. Approved source: Rockwell Collins, Inc. CAGE 0EFD0. Solicitation will be issued as unrestricted, other than full and open competition. Delivery:65 DARO, FOB Destination. Quantity Required: 14,000 EACH Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described above are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government on this NSN. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is February 23, 2011 with a closing date of March 23,2011 The provision at 52.2112-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the provision. The provision at 52.212-2 regarding Evaluation of Commercial Items is applicable. All offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, with its offer. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The clause at 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding which, if any, of the additional FAR clauses cited in the clause are applicable to the acquisition..
