- NSN 5895-01-586-5644, CASE, ELECTRICAL COMMUNICATION. PR 0028570338, SPM4A6-11-R-1244. This is a synopsis of a non-commercial item. The solicitation is for a firm fixed price, definate quantity contract. FOB DESTINATION. DESTINATION INSPECTION REQUIRED. Quantity variance is plus or minus 0%. Approved sources: Rockwell Collins, Inc Cage 0EFD0, Part Number 021-0801-040. Solicited Unrestricted on an Other Than Full and Open competitive basis. The solicitation issue date is 02/22/11 and the closing date is 03/22/11. Quantity Required 14,000 Each. Required Delivery is 59 DARO. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described above are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government on this NSN. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
