- This is a Firm Fixed Price IDIQ Contract that is Sole Source to:PALOMAR PRODUCTS, INC.(00816), RCHO STA MARG, CA.,92688-2604. Basic YearQty:1 Each; Option Year 1 Qty: 1-2 Each. Note 22.The proposed contract action is for supplies or services forwhich the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only onesource under the authority of FAR 6.302.
