- RA10286004/IQC10286009021, This is a Requirements Type Contract with a base year and four one-year options. This LTC will consist of the following NSN: 1680-01-121-0915, Critical Application Item. Configuration Control Applies. Meggitt Safety Systems Inc. is the OEM, CAGE 25693, P/N 3951-03-1050-525-1, Meggit Safety Systems, Inc. is the sole source manufacture. Specification plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. FOB: Destination, Stock Locations in the continental United States Inspection/Acceptance: Destination, Unrestricted, Automated Best Value System (ABVS): The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation, A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA DIBBS at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ On the issue dated cited in the RFP.
