- The work includes the provision of one new greenhouse building (GH1) and related civil, architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing and electrical work, known as Phase III, in accordance with the specifications and drawings. GH1 will be used as an agricultural research greenhouse. This project is 100% set-aside for small business. The NAICS code is 236220, small business size standard is $33.5 million average annual receipts. The attached General Decision CA100029 01/28/2011 is applicable. The estimated price range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. A site visit is planned for 10 March 2011 at 9:00 a.m. Clauses & provisions, specifications & drawings, and General Decision will be posted in 15 days from this announcement.
