- Solicitation GS-05P-10-FA-D-0045 for Appraisal and Consulting Services for Great Lakes Region 5 is hereby canceled effective Wednesday, February 09, 2011. We have become aware of an ambiguity in the current solicitation language and have determined it is necessary to correct this language. This proposed change following receipt of offers was deemed substantial enough to warrant cancellation and re-solicitation in accordance with FAR 15.206(e). A need still exists for the services covered by this cancelled solicitation. Therefore, a new solicitation for these services will be posted shortly to FedBizOpps. Offerors who submitted previously under Solicitation GS-05P-10-FA-D-0045 will need to submit a proposal in response to the new solicitation in order to be considered. Any questions regarding the cancellation of this solicitation will be addressed immediately following the posting of the new solicitation, which is anticipated the week of February 14, 2011.
