- This will be a firm fixed price requirements service type contract with base year plus four (4) option periods. Contractor shall provide labor, supervision, equipment, tools, parts, materials, vehicles, transportation, and other services necessary to perform maintenance, repair, and servicing four (4) hydraulic passenger/freight elevators for 9th Mission Support Command at Ft. Shafter Flats, Hawaii on the island of Oahu. Contractor shall provide all services as specified on the attached Performance Work Statement. The issue date for this solicitation is 9 February 2011 and the response date is 22 February 2011 at 10:00am after attending the site visit. Planning to attend the site visit on Monday 14 February 2011 at 10:30am, must notify Angela McColor at (808)438-6535 X216 or angela.u.mccolor@us.army.mil by Friday 11 February 2011 at 2:00pm. Period of Performance base year 3/2/2011-3/1/2012 plus 4 option periods; This procurement is unrestricted; NAICS 811310, Commercial and Industrial Machinery Equipment (except automotive and electronic) Repair and Maintenance. Issued solicitation package will be posted at the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website, https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/. No fax quote/proposal will be accepted.
