- The subject requirement is for acquisition of 1 NSN(s). This proposed procurement includes an item within the Federal Supply Class 4710. The requirement will result in an award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract for whichdelivery orders may be placed for a multi-year contract of 3 years. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on or about 24 FEBRUARY 2011 at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp. The scope of this contract includes the acquisitioning for one 1G drawing item. Th is signifies that the Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling, or manufacturing restrictions. Item supplied is to be made of stainless steel. The delivery for this acquisition will be on an FOB Destination basis. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 3 years. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, and pst performance evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This solicitation will be issued as 100% to Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside (SDVOSB).
