This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included with or attached to this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-49 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. śTHIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION ť; this requirement is 100% Set-Aside for Small Businesses. The North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code 238310 “ Foam Insulation Installation - Size standard 14.0M, applies. The Marine Corps Logistics Command (MCLC) Albany, Georgia intends to solicit and award a Firm Fixed Price contract for this requirement. The government reserves the right to make one, multiple, or no awards resulting from this solicitation. Notes: 1. Ship to Address: Marine Corp Logistics Command, Maintenance Center, Albany, GA 31704. FOB Destination is required. CLIN 0001(First Sample 1 EA (May be waived based on previous performance)): SIXCON Tank Cleaning and Foam Insulating. Clean and Insulate tanks in accordance with Statement of Work provided. CLIN 0002 (Production Quantity 53 EA): SIXCON Tank Cleaning and Foam Insulating.
