- The Northern Regional Contracting Office, Womack Army Medical Center, Fort Bragg, NC 28310, intends to solicit, negotiate and award a sole source contract using other than full and open competition procedures to Patterson Storage Warehouse Company, Inc., 472 Roberson Street, Fayetteville, NC 28301; due to approximately 10,200 boxes of records currently being stored at this warehouse. This award will be for a firm fixed price contract, for base and two option years. The Solicitation number is W91YTZ-11-T-0021. Procurement is restricted for small business only having their CCR and ORCA information updated. Requirement is considered all or none. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 4225, and the NAICS Code is 493190. Parties interested in future announcements shall provide detailed information of their capabilities and certification to cleary meet requirements stated below. Requirement is to provide all labor, material, and equipment necessary to pickup and deliver on an - on call basis for medical records and x-ray files as required. Quantities are estimated. Contractor shall report their Contractor Manpower Report (CMR) yearly as required using the following website: http://contractormanpower.army.pentagon.mil. All vehicle Registration requirements regarding contractor - owned an contractor employee POVs will be searched if appropriate passes/decals, are subject to random search at any time.
