Description
The Naval Surface Warfare, Center Indian Head Division, is seeking potential sources for the purchase of a Cine Radiographic System for obtaining sequential high speed time resolved X-ray images. The system is needed to look at interior/exterior ballistic and explosive events. The configured system must provide up to 8 sequential images spacing from 2.5 to 1000 microseconds and in the same orientation of exposure, viewing an event from virtually from same location, barring the inter-tube spacing necessary for operational purpose. The system must be capable of acquiring images at speeds listed above and resolution required to decipher the fragmentation. It should be capable of performing post Image analysis using standard COT software. The user can calibrate and precisely measure the image information. The system must be modular and capable of interfacing with a single camera, multi-cameras or CR Imaging (CR). See attachment for detailed description of the item and point of contact information.
