- The U.S. Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) has a request for scientific informatics software in support of the Biotechnology High Performance Computing Software Application Institute (BHSAI). This brand name or equal solicitation for the following: Pipeline Pilot or equivalent scientific informatics software platform to --aggregate and provide immediate access to disparate research data. --automate the scientific analysis of that data. --enable researchers to rapidly explore, visualize and report research results. --address the modeling and simulation, informatics and scientific businesses intelligence needs of research and development organizations. --manage and synthesize scientific information to rapidly adjust workflows, optimize research cycles and respond to changing market conditions. --pre-built modules for chemical and bioinformatics processing which can be dragged and dropped to create automated workflows in drug recovery process. -- pre-made components that perform specific functions in network science, bioinformatics, chemoinformatics, computational chemistry, and computational drug design. --provides capability to publish applications enterprise-wide. --1 year software license with options for year 2 and 3. If your company can provide the brand name or equal product, please provide detailed specifications and past performance information demonstrating your capabilities and product that meets or exceeds the above salient characteristics.
