- NSN: 1560-01-253-5238UC, NOUN: AIRCRAFT LADDER, P/N: 4F73130-101D; Cage code: 98897; TO #: 1C-5A-4-1; This acquisition is in support of the C-5 Acft; The solicitation is tentatively scheduled for release on 31 Jan 2011; The type of contract contemplated is IDIQ Contract with a Basic Ordering Period of 1 year and four one year ordering periods (I - IV); The Basic Quantity: 1 First Article Unit and 1 Production Unit; Each Ordering Period Qty Range: 1 - 10 Each w/a MEQ of 2 Each; Ladder Dimensions: Length: 75 Ins; Width: 26 Ins; Height: 8 Ins, Weight: 75 Lbs; Predominant Material of Mfg: Aluminum structure steel fittings: Form, Fit & Function Description: Lower ladder assembly for the crew entry door. Desired Delivery: 365 Days ARO, Destination or Ship To: DLA, Robins AFB (SW3119) and other locations TBD (to be determined); The following numbered notes are applicable to this acquisition: All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the Agency. 1. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. 8. The solicitation document contains information that has been designated as "Militarily Critical Technical Data." Only businesses that have been certified by the Department of Defense, United States/Canada Joint Certification Office, and have a valid requirement may have a copy of the solicitation document. All requests for copies of the solicitation document must include a certified copy of DD Form 2345, Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement.
