- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Rental of six (6) 60 feet x 90 feet pole tents to include delivery, set-up, operation, and tear-down from 04 March 2011 thru 25 March 2011. Rental will include flooring, heating, lighting, safety and other equipment requirements as stated in the Scope of Work. Tents will be located at three locations: Three tents at Jennings County Fairgrounds, North Vernon, IN. Two tents located at Jennings County Airport (COB Panther), North Vernon, IN. One tent located at Camp Atterbury, Edinburgh, IN.
