- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. A. Solicitation Number: W912CM-10-T-0061 is issued as a: __X__ request for quotation (RFQ). B. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-43. C. This RFQ is not set-aside for any NAICS code or small business size standard. the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program does not apply to this requirement. D. Schedule of Items/Services Required See Attachment All prices shall be submitted in US Dollars E. Description of requirements: See Specifications as listed in the Statement of Work in Attachment 01. F. Delivery and Acceptance: Date of Period of Performance: See Attachment 01 Delivery/Acceptance Location: Har Karen Israel FOB Point: To be provided to successful offeror upon award G. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. An Addendum to 52.212-1 is included in the Attachment 01 under Administrative Notes. H. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. The specific evaluation criteria are included in paragraph (a) of that provision, and is in the Attachment 01. Award will be made to the lowest-priced technically acceptable quote received with price being more important. I. Offerors are advised to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, Alternate I, with their offer. J. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. An Addendum to 52.212-4 is included in the Attachment 01 under Administrative Notes. K. All additional contract requirement(s) or terms and conditions that have been determined by the contracting officer to be necessary for this acquisition and consistent with customary commercial practices are listed in the Addendum to FAR 52.212-4 in Attachment 01 under Administrative Notes. L. There is no assigned rating in the Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) and assigned rating. M.
