- This is a pre-solicitation notice. The Government intends to procure commercial item services under (FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and FAR 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items) for Bread and Bread Products for the VA San Diego,VA Greater Los Angeles and VA Loma Linda Healthcare Systems. The contractor is required to provide Bread and Bread Products on a scheduled basis per solicitation requirements and schedule. This shall be base contract plus four one year option years, beginning April 1, this is an unrestricted solicitation. The solicitation will be available for issue on or about on Fedbizopps.gov, reference solicitation number VA262-11-RQ-0145. Solicitation will be posted on or about February 15th, 2011. NAICS number is 311812; Size Standard is $500 Million.
