- The Pacific Regional Contracting Office at Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii intends to award a sole source contract to Lifecell Corporation for Strattice Tissue Matrix due to standardization of product used for reconstructive abdominal surgeries. This notice of intent is not a request for quotes. Other persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement by February 7, 2011. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
