- Description
- The Mission & Installation Contracting Command intends to solicit & award an acquisition for conference facilities & lodging. The requirement consists of furnishing all labor, personnel, material, equipment, tools, supervision and other items necessary to provide contracted services which include but are not limited to providing lodging and meeting rooms within a 20 mile radius of Kansas City International Airport, Kansas City MO. This is not a requirement for event planning services. Award will not be made to an offeror, which requires the Government to execute a separate agreement with a third party hotel. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 721110, with a related small business size standard of $30.0M. The proposed action is for Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract, which will be advertised as unrestricted for full and open competition. The solicitation will be posted on or about 08 February, 2011 via Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition to Business Website located at https://acquisition.army.mil. The due date will be stated in block #8 of the solicitation. Late quotes will not be accepted. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-48. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. No hard copies will be mailed. To be eligible for award, prospective offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Internet site, www.ccr.gov, under the appropriate small business category and NAICS.
