- Description
- The U.S. Department of State, American Embassy in Bogota, Colombia, is seeking qualified offerors for the construction of four (4) heliports and taxiways to connect to four (4) existing heliports. The new heliports and taxiways will need to be connected with each other and with the existing hangar (est. 2812 square meters). The project also includes the installation of two (2) existing container type bathrooms including utilities. Additional work includes: excavations, filling material, grounding, concrete pavement and pavement marking. The performance period is 285 calendar days from contract award to substantial completion. The resulting contract type will be firm fixed-price, and the estimated value of construction is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00 USD. The solicitation, including drawings and specifications, will be available for download from FedBizOpps - website: http://www.fbo.gov. All notifications of changes to this solicitation will be made through Fedbizopps only. It is the responsibility of prospective offerors to check for any posted changes to the solicitation. NO solicitation documents will be mailed, faxed or emailed to prospective offerors. Proposals will be considered from both U.S. and non U.S. firms; all correspondence will be written in English.
