- Description: PRESSURE ASSEMBLY, ROLLER Goodrich Corporation (CAGE 3CPE0) P/N 42277-330 This is a Critical Application Item. This solicitation is for a firm fixed price contract. Required quantity is 149 each. FOB Origin with inspection and acceptance at Origin. Quantity variance is zero. Solicitation will be issued as unrestricted, on the basis of other than full and open competition procedures in accordance with FAR Part 12. The NSN is 1680-01-160-6033, PRs 0026379389 (was 10TJV23) and 0027986581 (was 10TQR41). Delivery requirement is 130 days. Specifications or plans related to the procurement described are NOT available at DSCR. This solicitation is subject to the Buy American Act--Free Trade Agreements-Balance of Payments Program. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. ORCA ELECTRONIC ANNUAL FAR REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS SHALL BE COMPLETED AT http://orca.bpn.gov. FAR Provision 52.204-8 is included in the solicitation.
