- This procurement is for one advanced echelon (ADVON) trailer to function as a forward coordination cell during domestic support to civil authority operations. The trailer will provide the following spaces for three-four personnel: Conference area, computer workstation area, galley, latrine, sleep areas, as well as an external briefing space (to accommodate up to ten individuals). The trailer will include facilities for personnel sustainment, communications and will incorporate necessary utilities for continuous (24hr) operations. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 336214 with small size standards in number of employees of 500. It is anticipated the solicitation will be issued electronically on or about 21 February 2011 as W912K311T0002 on the Federal Business Opportunities web page at https://www.fbo.gov/. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents.
