- The estimated release date for the solicitation is 16 February 2011. The due date for receipt of proposals will be provided at the time of solicitation release. A site visit is anticipated during the week 22-25 Feb 2011; however, the official date will be included in the solicitation. There will be no individual notifications for the site visit. Requests to attend the site visit SHOULD NOT be submitted at this time. Prospective offerors are advised to continue to monitor the Federal Business Opportunities website for updated information and postings.
